​Class Descriptions


Restorative:  A meditative class that features passive floor stretches with longer hold times and the support of props, great for beginners and those looking to balance an active practice or busy lifestyle.


​Slow Flow:  A relaxing, slow paced Vinyasa class good for beginners/intermediates and anyone looking to relax and recharge while increasing strength and flexibility.


Gentle Flow: A relaxing slow paced Vinyasa class mixed with a bit of restorative stretches.  Good for beginners/intermediates and anyone looking for relax and recharge while increasing strength and flexibility.


Mixed level Vinyasa:  An energizing flow class offering a steady pace with plenty of options for adapting the practice.


​Vinyasa:  A quicker paced class with more challenging poses, yet still offering opportunities for customization.  Prior yoga experience recommended


​Hatha:  This practice integrates breath work with traditional yoga postures.  The focus is on alignment while moving into balances and poses and holding them for extended periods.  Hatha yoga is excellent for lengthening and strengthening the muscles as well as calming the mind.


​Yoga Nidra:  Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a powerful, but gentle guided meditation that helps one reach a state somewhere between waking and sleep.  It is a deeply restful and restorative experience.  Practicing Yoga Nidra for a half hour is said to be as effective as two hours of deep sleep.


Core De Force: MMA-inspired workout in the Beachbody catalog. With 12 rounds of high intensity boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations mixed with fat-blasting cardio and bodyweight moves to help you zero in on stubborn belly fat and carve allover.
